கவிஞர் ராகவபிரியனின் மூன்று நூல்கள்

  கவிஞர் ராகவபிரியன் நுட்பமான படைப்பாளி. அவருடைய மூன்று நூல்கள் சமீபத்தில் என்னு டைய ANAAMIKAA ALPHABETS மூலம் பிரசுரமாகி யுள்ளன.

Poet Ragavapriyan thejswi (Original name Rajagopalan) was born in 1959, in a not so well-offfamily. He was the second son of his parents – Thejeswi Subramanian and Rajamaniammal. With the father being the only earning member of the family and with ten children of whom six younger sisters to the poet, they struggled hard to survive and get educated.

The poet’s father was a scholar in Tamil , Sanskrit and English and a versatile writer too. Though he was a government employee he had to go on long leave due to various ailments. Unfortunately the family could not preserve and safeguard much of his writings as they were struggling to make both ends meet after the father’s demise in 1986..The poet had to shoulder famility responsibilities early in life, finding a work but his thirst for reading and writing remained in tact.

In 2015 he renewed his writing under the pseudonym Thejeswi and since then he has been actively engaged in penning poetry and essays.

A post-graduate (M.Com, M.Phil) the poet has 22 e-books and three printed books to his credit. He writes on a variety of subjects such as Religion, Philosophy etc., but his favourite genre is poetry, he says. Served in Southern Railways as station master for 23 years and as professor in Railway Training Institute for 12 years.

A proud father of two daughters Poet Ragavapriyan is now living in Srirangam, his native palce in south India with his better half.

1. ராகவபிரியனின் சிறுகதைத்தொகுப்பு

இலக்கியம் காலத்தின் கண்ணாடி. என்பார்கள். எழுத்தாளர் தனது அக, புற இருப்பை. அதன்  அகவய, புறவயக் காரணகாரியங்களை புனை வெழுத்துகளில் பதிவுசெய்கிறார்; பிரதிபலிக்கிறார். இந்தத் தொகுப்பில் இடம்பெறும் பரிணாமம் என்ற சிறுகதை அடுப்பின் மாற்றங்களையும், அதன் வழியே ஏழைக்குடும்பமொன்றின் இருப்பையும், அதன் மாற்றங்க ளையும் எடுத்துக்காட்டுவதுபோல். நல்ல சிறுகதைகள் கதையின் வழியாக சமகால வாழ்வைப் படம் பிடித்துக்காட்டுகின்றன.

திரு.ராகவபிரியனின் சிறுகதைகள் சமகால சமூகத்தின் பொருள் பிரதான வாழ்க்கையின் நிலைகுலைவுகளைப் படம்பிடித்துக் காட்டுவதோடு சமூகத்தின் சில பிரிவினர் தொடர்பான வ்ரலாறு திரிக்கப்படும் விதங்க ளையும் கதைகளினூடாக எடுத்துக்காட்டுகின்றன.

 THE LITTLE GIRL OF  POLE-DANCER

The little girl of pole-dancer ‘Thombankoothaadi’

is the whiz-kid balancing on the cable

 

The icon of benevolence of the bakery opposite

would offer just his applause

and no coins

for her gnawing appetite.

 

Her focus on the balancing pole

turning her legs taut on the cable….

Hunger would seize her stomach

 

Father’s coin-plate

and mother’s drum-beats

would enable the dance of hunger

go on in full swing

upon her stomach-rope.

 

As the dance-steps gain momentum

she would grab the baked bread slice of the bakery

picking it with the sharp end of her pole

as the booty of dance royal .

 

For the hunger of the brilliant little acrobat

running and climbing and walking on the rope

Her very skill, her belly-fill 

 

“Hey you little thief

The man of munificence shrieking

 

The bread-drops

on the child’s lips

bearing witness to stealing

or starving…?

 

Anyone can  say _

standing on the ground all the way.

கம்பியிலாடும் குழந்தை வித்தகி...

எதிர் ரொட்டிக்கடையின்
அன்ன தாதா
அவளின் பசிக்கு
கைத்தட்டல் மட்டுமே 
காசில்லாமல் தருவார்...

அவளின்
சம நிலைக் கம்பில் கவனம்
கம்பியில் கால்களை இறுக்க..

பசி வயிறை இறுக்கிப் பிடிக்கும்..

அப்பாவின் சில்லரைத் தட்டும்
அம்மாவின் மேளத் தட்டும்
அவளின் வயிற்றுக் கம்பியில்
பசியின் நடனத்தை
தாள நயத்துடன்
ஆடச் செய்யும்..

நடன முத்திரையின்
மின்னல் வேகம்
கூடிக் கூட..
ரொட்டிக் கடையின்
வாட்டிய ரொட்டியை
ஈட்டி முனையில்
நர்த்தனக் கொள்ளையாய்
எடுத்துக்கொள்வாள்..

ஓடியேறிக் கம்பியில்
நடக்கும் வித்தகிப் பசிக்கு
வித்தையே உணவு..

திருடி திருடியென
அன்ன தாதா
அறை கூவல்விடுக்க...

குழந்தை உதட்டோர
ரொட்டித்துகள்கள்
திருட்டின் சாட்சியா..?
பசியின் சாட்சியா...?

தரையில் நின்றே
யாரும் சொல்லலாம்..

A jumping pest was

simply flying

with great grit and speed

near my dinner plate

studded with

variety of flora and fauna ..

In one of the hands

of the pest

a sanjeevi mountain

could be seen by me..

The statics and dynamics of the

furious wife prepared dinner

lying on the war ground

without any life..

A war without fire

and a dinner without a jump

is nothing but an empty barrel..

If not a healthy quarrel..

Now the pest

simply on a next mission..

A small jump for the pest

might have been..it..

But a giant leap

for my wife

who had thrown a sharp edged

sambar tumbler vessel

not on me

but on the pest..

Now the fainted

Elakkuvana

got up from inside me

and emptied the

dinner plate...

There is no pest

No war

No fire...

or barrel or quarrel..

Shell shocked

....
