THE TWO FACES OF LOVE

who in the name of love
entered in a live-in relationship
not only ended the lover’s life
in just six months
but also makes him out to be a
Drug addict
Bipolar
and so harming him
more and more
all the more
depicting herself to be
a role-model of how a better half
should be…..
And there, another _
feeling one with the dead
as fellow-human_
endowed with
love universal
and with the milk of human kindness
empathy righteousness
sense of justice
social consciousness
expecting nothing in return
receiving abuses, threats
of the worst kind
which of course she doesn’t mind
and the illegal demolition of her
office structure
with everything inside
turned to smithereens
to make her bow down
failing miserably
there SHE goes on
with the zeal for Truth to win
getting strengthened_
Though on fire again and again
ever going through the process of resurrection.
