ஆனால் ஒரு நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சி என்பது அதன் நிலப்பரப்பு இயற்கை வளம், மக்கட்தொகை இவற்றைச் சார்ந்தே அமைகிறது.

இந்நிலையில் நிலப்பரப்பு, மக்கட்தொகை இரண்டும் சம அளவு இருக்கும் நாடுகளை ஒப்பாய்வு செய்தலே உண்மை நிலவரங்களைத் தருவதாக அமையும்.
